Fulbright Japan requires periodic reports from all grantees during their stay in Japan. The report should cover professional, academic, cultural and personal activities during the period indicated. The reports are circulated among Secretariat staff (the Executive Director and Fulbright Grant Program) and occasionally with future grantees.
Your report may also be shared with Commission members. In addition, excerpts may be printed in the Fulbright Japan’s publications or website. The reports serve as important feedback for future program planning as well. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Submission deadline:
Lecturer, Lecturer/Researcher, and Fulbright Fellow:
the 15th of every month except for the initial and final month of grant
Researcher, Journalist and Graduate Research Fellow:
every two months after your arrival in Japan
